SNES Station, PGEN and HD Advance

I was wondering if anyone knows a way to boot snes station and pgen for the ps2 with roms. I can get the emulator to install on the HDD with HD advance with roms. However, the roms do not show up when the emulator is running because they are on the HDD and not on cd. You can run the emulator with roms if the rom disk is in the drive. Is there a way to edit the code of snes station or pgen to look at the hard drive for roms? Any help is greatly appreciated.
