I used TMPGenc to convert a avi to mpg file and when i try to play it theres no sound just video. When I use avicodec it says theres no sound file just video.

havent done anything with TMPGEnc in a while! but im pretty sure u can select alternative after selecting source, right? there should be checkboxes on the right side of where u selected the sources. just check wideo and music...
