how do i backup my cd's which are bigger than 4.7GB e.g films. please help on what software i am to use

I use vstrip to rip the movie files. DVD2AVI to separate the audio and video. TMPGenc to transcode the video. DVDMaestro combine the audio and video to create the new .vob files. Then I use ifoedit to create the .ifo and .bup files. Use the guides at doom9.org to learn how to use these programs.

p.s. - Transcoding is used to reduce the file size to less than 4.3 Gig.
