Help burning a DVD+r

i currently have dvd decryptor and record now on a sony computer and i have no problem burning ps2 back ups on to a dvd-r but when i try a dvd+r my dvd decryptor wont even reconize it

any suggestions or programs i need?

Hi,

So burning to -R goes fine but you're having problems with +R media, yes? A couple questions are in order.

What make/model drive do you have? Firmware version?

What brand/type +R media are you using? If you could run the +R through DVD Identifier and post the results for us it would help :)

i have also had problems recording +r...i have burned hundreds of -rs with no coasters. I have used those verbatim movie reel discs +r and 3 have all burned and then lead out fails Using Nero to burn. Now i have burned one succesful +r on that same type of disc using A120.
I would really like to figure out why this is happening!
