DMS3 and HD Loader, where and how?

I've got a PS2 with a DMS3-chip and a Maxtor 80GB installed.
I've installed DMS3 Loader and DMS HDD Loader.

How do I install my games on my HDD, so I can play them directly from there, without any CD/DVD?

I've heard about a free HD Loader, which I could install on my memory card or HDD, anyone knows where to get it?
And some tutorials/instructions would be fine as well :-)

Is there anyone who knows how to install the HD Loader on to the memory card, so I don't need a CD/DVD every time I want to use the HD Loader?

Or install it on the HDD?

Yes it works perfect have free version on memory card and cd version. First of all you need to install DMS explorer onto memory card then when you have this installed correctly reset your ps2 and press triangle button. When the dms explorer comes up insert you cd with the hdloader package on it for the dms. then press the select button it will say installing then when it has finished reset your ps2 and press triangle now the free hdloader screen will appear then it will load the hd and you can start loading games. So all you have to do on starting the ps2 up is press triangle everytime you boot it up .Have been told though if you have a version 9 or 10 you need to have a cd in everytime you boot up.
