xenium ice install help!!!

I have a Xenium Ice mod chip. I just sodered the pin headers onto the xbox and I dont know what to do with the black and blue I dont know what its called but I know I plug it onto the mod chip I just dont know where the other end goes on the motherboard. Plus do I just plug in the wire loom to the mod chip and xternal LED? and I also dont know where the usb goes someone please help me and do I need any other wires?
