do u need a flip top or switch card to use a game shark or can i just leave my ps2 case the way it is if i cant leave it in its orignal form what must i do to change it to work with a gameshark.

you don't need a mod to use gameshark (unless you have a new ps2). if you want to use the gameshark to boot backups, you will need a slide card or fliptop.

thanks my ps2 is v7 u helped me but there is no way around not geting a flip top or slide card?

if you want to play backups, i highly suggest getting the fliptop and swap magic discs. And, no, the only way to play backups is with a fliptop, slide card, or modchip.
