Ubisoft has filed a lawsuit against Apple and Google over the availability of a game it alleges to have ripped off its intellectual property on their digital stores. Love when a lawsuit has the exact opposite effect to the intent and brings a lot of new users over. I never would have heard of AF2 otherwise, pretty well done it turns out.
