When I purchased DVD X I had to go to the web site and download what they called RF in order for me to be able to copy a dance recital disc of my daughter, I had to do a complete restore on my computer and lost the download, did not know 321 studio was no longer giving support. Does anyone know how I can get this download? Thank you

Any disc copy program can do this. Did your pc come with Roxio or Nero? both have the disc copy function. If you don't you can use the trial version of Nero:
