Security expert Carl Schou has spotted an interesting bug in Apple's iPhone WiFi connectivity. Joining to a specifically named WiFi network will freeze the phone's entire WiFi connectivity - permanently. If the fix is as easy as "Reset network settings," it's not only not permanent, it's not even a big deal. That's often one of the first things you try when an iPhone has connectivity issues.

After resetting all setting

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
