i have the pioneer 107 and been trying to find
some good media to use at 8x, and probably did
to much post reading and confused myself.I think
i seen a post about princo and ritek and some
others.But what is the best confirmed media at
this time to use at 8x.

I'd advise picking up some Ritek G05 media for your 107 and staying well clear of the Princos :)
