Converting CC to Subtitles

I?ve been able to capture CC with PVR 250. I then author the video with MovieFactory2 and create the VIDEO_TS folder. I then open the IfoEdit and check the entries for Line 21 and also change VBR to CBR. I?m able to see the CC on TV when I activate the TV to CC1.

But, I would like to create subtitles which can then be turned on with the DVD player remote. Is there anyway to do with IfoEdit? I would like step-by-step directions, if at all possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
