is it true that xbox live is able to determine if your xbox has been modified with a bigger hard drive causing a ban, i have a xbox with 120 gig drive, and executer 2.3 lite with evolutino x, externale on and off switches for when i use live, but not currently on live, waiting for the new mk and the dead or alive to come out.

If you turn your Mod Chip off you will be able to use live. With the Mod Chip off you will only be able to use the M$ dash and original game disc, you must also make sure your HD is locked.
