Port forwarding for bittorent help please!!!

ok. what i dont understand is why it still tells me i havn't forwarded ports on this site: http://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?rh1dkyd2
It tells me that every port i supposedly forwarded is "Stealth" which means i havn't forwarded.
I done everything i was supposed to do:

Im using a compaq iPAQ wireless router with WindowsXP Home edition...

I also went to:
http://www.portforward.com/compaq/cp-2w-portforwarding.htm
To do anything else to change the "stealth situation".
But the problem here is i dont knwo my username and password to change any router properties.
The port forwarding site tells me that its usually
Username: admin
Password: (none)

I tried it but i can't log in to change things in the inside...
Can someone please tell me what im doing wrong...
