you want the one not for v9/v10. http://www.ps2cover.com/ps2coverblackcombosm3.html
You have a PAL ps2 right, just select PAL in the select your version drop down box.

yeah, thats the point. just get DVD Decrypter and choose mode-iso-read (to read game to hd) then mode-iso-write to burn to dvd-r.

im new to this game so please try to speak in some sort of language i can understand. The thing is i have heard of these magic slides and swap disks and want to know what exactly they will do to my ps2 and if it is worth getting one. Do they support copied games, and where is the best place to get one. I think i have a version 7 ps2. Can someone help.

Thanks

i might be best doing that too but i want to weigh up all my options first but when i think about it i would rather not open my ps2 up so a magic slide or something like that might be the best option. i just want to know if their are any risks with this method and also id like to know if this will let me play all copies, can anyone help

i have had my ps2 for a while now, i think it has been well over two years so i dont think i have any warranty left, so do you think the slide magic would be best for me or a modchip.

Thanks

I prefer a modchip over swap magic, if you have the money i would say get a modchip(others will disagree) get a pro to do it for you if you are no good at soldering, or if you dont have much money get a fliptop and magic discs.

yes i agree with matty8887. a modchip works much better then a fliptop and swap discs (sorry fliptop guys). norcalmods.com will install a Duo 2 for only 70 dollars or an apple pro for only 60. i suggest you get that instead of a fliptop.
