dvd shrnk/dvd decrypter error PLEASE HELP

I got done coping about 25 dvds with no prolem, I then rebooted my pc and now I get this error when dvd shrink finished and opens up dvd decrypter.

error:
-------------------------------------------------
deviveIOControl(FSCTL_LOCK_VALUME)Failed!
Device: (1:1:0)Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-107D 1.18(e:)
Unable to lock valume for exclusive accress.

Reason: Access is denied.

Abort retry ignore

If I click ignore it continues to write to me dvdburner but it will not play the menus. No big deal I just wanted to see how I can fix this. I think I have the latast version of decrypter, I just downloaded it about 2 weeks ago.

Please help

do you have any other burning software on your computer (sounds like another program is trying to access the burner)?
