Newbie ? How to convert PC files over to Xbox?

I just got my Xbox going and was curious. I didn't know which forum to post so if I screwed up, forgive me. How do you(or can it be done) convert files from a PC game to use in an Xbox game? I would like to do roster changes, camera angles,create more options, just to name a few, that are available for PC. I believe both will read txt., big., and dat. files. It's converting the others to maybe a xbx. format for Xbox that I need help with.

This doesn't sound like a practical option and is probably not going to be possible, but maybe starting with the name of the game would be a good idea. Then EXACTLY what you are trying to do.
