Need help on forwarding port for BitTornado

Hi!! I've follow the intructions of a member, Camdog on forwarding port of Torrent. I try his method but my downloading/uploading speed is still at1Kb or sometimes it would go up to 17Kb and nothing more.
I configure my linksys router and the forwarding port I try was 6881-6999 and still nothing change.
I also try configuring the network connection and add in the port manually but nothing works.

Can someone point me in the right direction.
Any help aprreciated.
