i just downloaded shrink and decrypter and on shrink when i try to copy the dvd into my computer it be sayin

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
Failed to read file "E:"
Data error (cycle redundancy check).

everytime i get to around 80% that happens even if i try to use the decrypter it gets to like 83% and does that and this is a brand new dvd nothings wrong it's not dirty not scratched thanks.

It's usually good practice to play the dvd on you pc first. This sometimes solves the problem.
Just play it for about 10-15 seconds.
