Can you recommend a solution to do the following series of actions?

1. capture a video input using a graphic card
2. and crop and/or resize the video
3. and display the video on the monitor in realtime as it is captured without frame loss

As an optional solution, is there a way in AVIsynth to refer to the incoming capture stream? If so, I could use avisynth for this.

Thanks.
