X Copy Platinum and CSS

Hi:

I am using X Copy Platinum V 4.0.3.8 -- It was purchased before the company went belly up and before the ban, but I have only used in once before. Now, I am trying to backup a DVD and it says "DVD is CSS Encrypted" and it can't do it. I thought DVD X COPY Platinum was supposed to be able to back-up any DVD. Has anyone else run into this issue with Platinum, or does anyone have a solution?

I have made back ups of hundreds of dvds with no problem. And just this morning i had the same problem with the css error. I am also running version 4.0.3.8 and dont know why it would error out since i havent made any changes to my system. I would appreciate any help on the matter as well.

Download and install DVD43 http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvd43.cfm It runs in the background (shows up in the systray) and decrypts perfectly. Solved my problem 100%
