Help please: FlyDS capturing program stops recording erratically

I guess this is the right forum to post this.
I'm using the FlyDS capturing program because of its advatages in video quality and syncing, which I haven't found in any other program.
There is however a big problem: the program stops recording after changing periods of times, ranging from 8 to 15 minutes and an error message says there's no space left on the disk, which I have plenty.
I've sent an email to the developer of the program but didn't get an answer.
Is there someone here who knows what the problem might be?
I'd appreciate any help as this is my only good working way of recording.
