High Quality DVD-9 Guide and HELP

I thought I followed the guide to the letter. I even purchased CCE Basic (version 269.01.10). I have a couple of problems. After I used DVD Decrpyter to get the DVD to my hard drive, I start to use DVD Rebuilder v0.56. Everything works good, but then I get an errror message that the frame size isn't supported. After I click through all those pop-ups, it says that there's nothing there and aborts the rebuilding process. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
