Great one Londor i have checked some of these sites in the past but all were to high at the time.So here is what we will do is set a £1 per disc objective.Lets all keep each other posted as the price drops until it at least drops to the £1 mark.The cheapest disc in the UK rush is now on and anyone who brings a price lower than this is the master of the UK.So come on all you UK guys bring it on.
Sorry if iam forgetting all you other guys around the world but in the UK we seem to get everything a little later.Take the US they always release movies to the pictures at least a month before us unless British made.

DAMN! 4.98!! Thats only $6.12 USD. I posted some links a week or so ago, and the cheapest anywhere I have found is $9.99! :(

You got it slightly wrong. At today's exchange rate (23/08/04)
$1 USD = £0.54911 GBP = 0.81261? Euro
So £4.98 = $9.07 = 7.37?

Thanx for starting this thread John, I have a DL burner, but the discs are so damn expensive I can't find a movie that's burn-worthy. Cheapest I'd seen was 9.00+ some change at supermediastore.
There's some good sources here!

It seems that you missed that in the last link I provided earlier (blankdiscshop.co.uk) the Ridisc and Datasafe DL are at £3.98. Not that I trust any of those brands but they are definitely the cheapest.
