using dvd2svcd and cce to encode..cce only accepts proper framerates(23.98-24-25-29.97 etc) is there a way to force a framerate of say 12 15 of even 27 so it will encode using cce..or can i somehow change the framerate ,that way cce will read it as a proper rate...thanks in addvance...SLE
