Ok, I havent got a clue what is wrong, as well, I have no clue what kind of DVD burner I have. Yes I know, not much help. Sorry.

So I use DVD shrink and DVD Decrypter to back up my DVDs but all of the sudden DVD Decrypter now says everytime I put in a blank DVD to burn my ISO files to - "Medium Not Present" - It will play original DVDs however they are choppy but it will not recognize any backed up DVDs and it will not recognize any blank DVDs, not just Decrypter but nero, info-tool and even in my computer it says "please insert cd in to drive d:/"

Any info would help!

You need to be using a DVD drive, not the CD drive. If you are putting a DVD into A CD drive it will not seee the proper media. Do you have a DVD drive?
