I have a DVD called worlds wildest street fights 2 and it is NTSC.My TV only plays NTSC in black and white.I backed it up with DVD shrink with region free but it is still in black and white.Is there a way to back it up so it will play in colur in my DVD player?

Hi,

You're in the land of the Brits, yes? If your TV only handles NTSC in black and white I imagine you'd have to use something like TMPGEnc to convert the film to PAL but this is only a guess since I'm a Yank and have only dealt with NTSC :)
