Suspended due to non-functional email address

I have been using dc++ for awhile and all the sudden it says ------- HTTP/1.1 403 FORBIDDEN ------ I have ran out of luck trying to connect so can someone please help me .

Questions (Try and answer in the same numbers):

1. Are you using the latest version of DC++ ?

2. Do you have any firewalls, and if you do, is it configured to work with DC++ ?
