Merging Menu from a Mac with an LG disk

I record events live on dvd using an LG DVD recorder. The LG creates a dopey menu. My events all have the same 3 parts. Is there a way to merge a menu I create on my Mac with the video files from the DVD created on the LG?

I am new to this concept, but have DVD Studio Pro, iDVD, etc installed.
