i have a swap magic disc set and a slide tool. i was wondering if there was any way to use gameshark cheats on a backup game, and if so how?

hi crookery for playing Game Shark codes for a back up it is prossbile?. but you need a magic chip or neo 2.2 to do this u put the game shark in and it takes u to a menu after u put in all of your cheat codes u open up the track and put the copied? game in and press x.. u need a chip that u don't swape with. how r u goin to load the game up if u dont have a chip in side of your system with the cheats in it
