Light Gun with HDAdvance, no kick-back!! :(

Hello,
I just purchased a mission light gun, and it works perfectly except that the kickback doesn't work. I tested it on another ps2 and it worked, the only difference was that I used my retail version of time crisis 2. When I tried it on my flip-top ps2 through hdadvance, the gun shoots but no kick-back. Could this be that my usb is not giving enough power to the gun, and can this be fixed, or that there is a conflict with hdadvance and the gun or sumthing

are you sure you havent turned off the kickback feature? lf not then its probably a hd conflict.

nah, i have the setting on, just no kickback. im not retarded :) what else could have caused this?
