Is there any Nero program that converts different formats of video? And if there isn't is there any free program that does?

I believe Nero Vision Express will transcode :)

Hi kinza has Nephilim said Nerovision Express will do this and it is part of the Nero 6 suit.So you will get all the other good burning stuff in the suit as well.

If you go to the make a new movie section and add the files you want to convert this should do the job.
