This is what I have been getting when I try and burn a DVD....

The drive reported an error:
Sense Key= HARDWARE ERROR
Sense Code=0x03

It burns for about a half an hour, gets half way finished, and then this error pops up. Any idea what this means and what I can do to fix this?

I'm confused because this is a new problem and it's been happening with any versions of Toast Titanium that I have.

I use MACTHERIPPER to rip the DVDs and DVD2ONE to compress them.
