Try using Cue Creator and create another cue file, mount image and see what happens. You can use IsoBuster and extract the image to your hd to determine if the this is PS m8.

Are you sure the file Pinnacle_Studio_9.MultiLanguage.PCISO.ShareReactor.bin is in the same directory of the .CUE?
If so, to keep thing simple, I would simply edit the .CUE file with Notepad inserting FILE "a.bin" BINARY instead of FILE "Pinnacle_Studio_9.MultiLanguage.PCISO.ShareReactor.bin" BINARY and renaming the image file of your PC from Pinnacle_Studio_9.MultiLanguage.PCISO.ShareReactor.bin to a.bin (the _ could be wrong for your system...).
Just save the .CUE file with Notepad "cuesheet.cue", not cuesheet.cue, or it will become cuesheet.cue.txt (Notepad default extension).
