free-HDloader memory card thingy

i made the hdloader memory card thing, and it werked awesome, as soon as I tried formatting my harddrive, it froze on the "formatting in progress" screen for 3 hours, so i shut it off. when i turned it on again, the memory card screen never even starts hdloader, it stays all black with white writing on (the stuff it usually says before hdloader starts), but hdloader never starts, it freezes on the black screen. this confused me, so i turned my hdd from master to slave and hdloader starts up, but does not recognize my hard-drive, confident that my hdloader program werks, i put it back on master and tried again, it just froze. if it helps, i took the seagate 70 gig harddrive out of my old pc. the hdd doesnt werk in the pc now either (it did before i used hdloader on it) any help would be awesome. sorry if i wrote this very nonsensical but this hd stuff is freakin me out!! thnx!!!!!!!!!!

I think it might be your hard drive.

-then it just freezes, it always said that before it started hdloader with the memory card exploit, but now it freezes here only when my hdd is in, without an hdd in, it goes past this screen and starts hd loader, but there is no hdd in so, it says it cant find an hdd.....Y!?!?!

This has happened to me before, but ONLY when the memory card is in slot 2... is your MC in slot 2?
