TMPGEnc DVD Author and subtitles

Howdy! I have used TMPGEnc DVD author to create one DVD from two with a nice menu. Just one problem, it doesn't seem to include the subtitle from the title when importing.
Anyone else had this problem or can't tmpenc dvd author include subtitles?
