Converting vob files to divx NOT VCD

Hi I have a folder full of VOB files and their corresponding BUP and IFO files and I don;t have a DVD player that can read VCD's nor any desire to mess about with that at all. I like my Divx encoded movie files and I was just wondering if there's a program out there that converts this VOB/BUP/IFO combo to a nice, Divx encoded video file I can watch from a CD or off my Hard Drive? So far my search hasn't turned up any gems, there's always something about VCD. any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I am using Xilisoft DVD Ripper. It can rip DVDs to DIVX format. You may try to download it http://www.xilisoft.com.
