I have the read the guide but it only metions DVD videos.

if you can is it the same method, if not can someone please tell me what to do.

Yeah use DVD Decrypter to copy or burn games, it's what I use and works great.

to use DVD Decrypter to backup your ps2 games you need to use mode iso read to create your image on your hard disc, then use mode iso write to burn the image to a dvdr disc
