whats a good chip that boots every time & not hard to install

i have the swap discs and the filp to and i can only get it to boot like 1 outta 10 times

im looking to spend about 50.00 to 75.00 at the most

matrix infinity for 50 or duo 2 se for 18. both nice chips and easy to install.
