I'm sure this question has been asked many times before but I just cant find the answer. I live in the USA for 6 months and Europe for six months. I would like to convert my region 1 dvds through burning to region 2. How can I do it ?....Thanking anyone that can help me.

I use a program called AnyDVD which you run in the background which allows for the disc to be copied region free. I also believe DvdShrink allows for backups to made region free. However you would have to have players both sides of the Atlantic that are PAL/NTSC compliant. I believe you can make a PAL disc region free but it still won't play on a NTSC machine. They have to be dual format standalones that you use to play the dics
