Is Recode 2.1.1.18 better, or the same quality as DVD Shrink 3.2.0.15?

They are different animals. Recode won't copy a copywrited disc. I'm not sure exactly what your trying to compare. Shrink has excellent quality, most people can't tell the difference between the original and the copy.

Recode won't rip, but shrink won't burn. Each needs another program to complete it's task.
