I have already got the .VOB files on the hard drive, I used smartripper for this task. I have been trying to get them to SVCD, (with limited sucsess). I have tried DVDConverter, and yasasoft to get them to mpeg2, when I watch them on the computer its ok. However when I dump em onto cd to watch on the tv, the quality takes a dive?im using nero 5.5 to burn them.

Any tips?
