hi, i was interested in ripping subs off a dvd and converting them to be used with divx'ed/xvid'ed rips of the movie, i heard its possible, and not i believe somewhere i heard it was mentioned that it was easier than previously thought, i found this searching several boards/forums but i could not find a good guide or program to use and get these subtitles off the dvd to be used with dvd rips, also i would prever them in SMI, but any file would be fine, and those can probably be converted to SMI, hopefully. any help would be appreciated, thx a lot
