With or without my Duo2se in (tried it completely uninstalled)
the PS2 will boot, but the disk will turn in little quarter-turns or so, as if trying to find groove, but then it just sits there.
Because this is a relatively new ps2, i dont think its the laser, but i need to know if there are specific points to look for solder bridges....I checked for bridges between all the bios pins, and the pins on the other side (A and I and all the solder points between)
i'm checking w/ a multimeter, not just my eyes....i'm hoping i didn't destroy an IC that controls the disc reading or something....Thanks in advance
