hey everybody,

a few days ago i reinstalled my computer, and now i find out that the sounds dont word anymore. for example: when i start winamp and add a song, it says: Bad DirectSound Driver...
can anyone please tell me what to do about this brainbreaking problem before i hang myself?

This is in the wrong forum but, try this:
Boot to Safe Mode, (Press F8 at start up, if you have ME) and remove the drivers. Reboot and let windows reinstall them. Make sure you have the drivers ready.

P.S. What OS do you have (i.e. XP, Me etc.) and what is your sound card?
