Could anyone please tell me if they have shoped at www.ps2upgrade.com or www.slidecards.co.uk.
These 2 sites seem to be thesame.
I ordered an Hd loader on www.ps2upgrade.com about 3days ago. I have been sending an email to them ever since but have got no responce from them.
Could anyone who have shoped from them tell me whether they are a real or fake website.

never used it,
But should you never hear from them again, if you used a credit card, just call/goto the bank and tell them about that, all you have to do is fill out a form and they will investigate. In my several cases of being bilked by shotty websites, everytime my bank refunded my money.

I ordered mine on the first of september, I emailed them yesterday, got an automated response that they had recieved the email, and would send a reply within 12 hours, but still nothing.

rite guys if you are in the UK and ordered and paid for a hd loader and you have proof of sending the money pm your name, address and a contact number i am going to the police on monday to start a case..this is a case of theft...

ya some of the ones on ebay are clones... just ask them for pictures of the bottom and top of the cd label.
or if you want to know what real ones look like, Pm or email.

i paid for a hdloader disk but didnt receive it.
the guy very rarely replies to an email.
he is now saying that he will send me the hdloader advance as a replacement.
i have the guys address so if i dont receive it this week im going to get someone to pay him a visit.
he is also deleteing negative feedback from his site. could all people who never received there disks from the site, go back everyday and leave negative feedback. the guy will delete it, but if a few people see the feedback before it is deleted then hopefully they wont be conned aswell. the guy has a post on ebay also and he keeps changing the user name, i have reported this to ebay but i aint received anything back yet.
i know that i have only been ripped off for £25 but its the principal of it. one way or another i will get my disks or i will get my money back. it is really up to the guy who runs the site which way i get it back. the easy way (by post) or the hard way( and im sure u all know what i mean by that).

Hi Deedie, didn't get your email until payment had gone through.
So the guy is lying scum then eh?
How do we stand about getting our money back via Paypal? It say's that there is some kind of fraud investigation thing and you can claim your money back if a fraud is committed?
Also, if you paid by credit card, then you can get the CC issuer to reject the payment.
Just a thought....

he has told me to wait 24 hours before i go to the feds..he has said my disk has been sent to....but i have pointed out that it does not take 7-10 days to send a package from kent to berkshire esp when it takes 3 days to send a package from germany to kent

i got mine from www.consolemaniac.com, he responded very quick to all my emails, and i got it in the amount of time he said it would take.

just got an email from him 2mins ago
he is now saying that all disks will be sent tomorrow?
yet yesterday he said it had been sent on saturday
this guy is definately a ripoff merchant

4 times i have asked him to type my postal address in a reply to one of my emails
he has not done it once
this makes me think that he doesnt even know my address
also he says his site will be updated in 5 mins
