Greetings,

Went through a divorce. Old lady took it all except for an old VCR and my computer gear. I don't even have a TV! That said, I still have 150 or so VHS tapes. Other things I have:

1) 2.8E P4 system with firewire for video capture to Active Webcam, DVD-R, CD-RW, Win XP Pro, Dazzle DVCII PCI card (not currently installed) (Machine runs SETI, email, browser)

2) 2.8A P4 blade (runs SETI only) via TightVNC

3) RCA DVC Camcorder

None of that by itself or in combination would seem to allow me to use my VHS tapes excewpt for recording. I'm not interested in recording them (Though I suppose I could burn them down the line...) but want to view them.

Is there hardware/software available? Thanks! R.
