this is the first time i am using "ISO buster" and when I try to extract the mpg file it gives me "sector 506 couldn't be read" I preformed a surface scan and it looks fine help please?

I have a a dvd which i am trying to backup but it's no v0b there all 93 files that are exactly 48,829 the names are "xpd-sm2tc-ntsc.0O1 all the way to xpd-sm2tc-ntsc.093" how do I backup this files?
