I'm trying to follow these instructios of making SVCD with smartsripper/dv2avi/tmpgenc ext.
I downloaded those two programs but they don't seem to work in my w xphome only dark(msdos ?) window pops out.
Anyone else having similar probs ?

this is the error that i get trying to use tooLame in TMPGEnc:

Result: tooLAME.exe can not be used as external encoder.
