I recently updated my Windows from ME to XP editions. My DVD Xpress was cleared from my desktop and I had to reload it. When I did so, I realized that I was unable to log back in despite having my UserID and password. Now I am unable to use DVD XCopy Xpress as I've been doing for the last 1 year. If you know what to do, I'd appreciate it. SJ

If your running a firewall, disable it. Also double check your license and password.

Also future XCopy questions should be posted on aD's XCopy forum.
